Join us for a conversation with Linda Jackson about Inspired Aging in Marin County based on her work at the Aging Action Initiative. Equity, diversity and inclusion are being given deeper analysis in the light of ageism in our culture. We will learn more about how ageism permeates our culture, how to respond, and how to be prepared for a strong finish to a life well-lived.

Linda is Director of the Aging Action Initiative, a collaborative network of health, education, public agency and community-based organizations working with older adults in Marin. She has over four decades of planning experience with the cities of San Rafael and Austin, TX, the Transportation Authority of Marin, and various nonprofits. Linda holds a double masters in Community & Regional Planning and Latin American Studies from the U.T./Austin and a B.A. from Wellesley College. After college, Linda served two years with the Peace Corps in the Andes mountains.

Reservations are encouraged because they help us with the head count for the restaurant.
