Speaker: Christine Anderson, Ed.D., Educational Consultant - Speaking about the Walk to End Alzheimer's. The title of her presentation is: “Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot, nothing is going to get better. It’s not.” – Dr. Seuss

Christine Anderson is a retired Marin County educator who has found fulfillment and joy in a second career as an educational consultant working primarily in struggling school districts and volunteer service at home in Marin.
She has been an active volunteer for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s since she lost her husband to the disease about three years ago. She will share her journey living with the disease and how she has found meaning in supporting the services that enabled her and her husband to endure. Her talk will focus on the critical need for more people to get involved in the many volunteer roles needed to put on the annual Sonoma Marin Walk to End Alzheimer’s.
